At Parapet LLC we believe in creating beautiful spaces.

One of the founding partners of Parapet LLC, Katrina also manages the day to day business of our properties. Katrina has a Masters of Science from Illinois Institute of Technology in the area of Personnel and Human Resources Development. After transitioning out of the corporate consulting world, she is now applying her years of project management experience to the Parapet properties.

After living and designing for many years in Indianapolis, we are lucky to have Chris relocate to Chicago. She brings a wealth of design experience, expertise in space planning, and her unique ability to reinvent difficult spaces. Where others see a design problem, Chris sees a worthy challenge. Her work has been featured in Indianapolis Monthly magazine.
